Business Goals

The workers that will be using our app needed to be able to onboard in the Everee Mobile App. This feature was only available on the web app. In order to allow workers to sign up for the Everee Pay Card we needed to make it easy to sign up on the mobile app & give them a reason to keep the users there.

This feature would need to be built in Everee's embeddable solution for our customers to consume. This would allow our embedded customers to have a start to finish mobile onboarding flow inside their own app (web app or native app).

The design needed to be simple to easily integrate with any platform, even those we couldn't control. The main goal was to gather all necessary information to onboard and pay workers quickly.

Research Process & Findings

We recognized a critical need to enhance the user experience for workers using the Everee Mobile App. To achieve this, I created user stories and wireframes so I could quickly test and iterate on the workflow. This pivotal step included users and subject-matter experts that ensured that our mobile onboarding customers can seamlessly integrate the Everee onboarding flow into their own applications and consistent user experience from start to finish.

Impact & results

In gauging the impact and results of each design feature, my approach is driven by tangible, measurable outcomes. I make sure to set clear goals based on user feedback and measure the success of the feature by looking at how it performs in real-world use. By using this method, we can keep improving and perfecting our designs. This helps us create solutions that truly connect with our audience and fulfill their changing requirements.

How will we know if it's successful?

  • Workers are downloading the mobile app.
  • Workers are successfully onboarding through the mobile app.
  • Workers are choosing the Everee Pay Card as their primary payment method.
