I think most of us agree, no matter what party line we claim, that today was history in the making and the beginning of a new era. As I watched the inaugural speech by Obama, it was amazing and touching how America has come together. It is nice to see so many coming together over something that is not do to war or traggity. The last time I can remember America coming together is 9.11, which was not a happy occation. Since I listen to NPR, they were asking people where they were at when they witnessed this event. Due to the fact that I had to work, I watched it streaming live on hulu.com. Thank goddness for technology that we can all witness events like this either live, or after it has happened, and still feel like a part of it. It was a great speech by Pres. Obama and I echo his last words, “God bless America”.
